What's included

Every review includes the attorney's read of your document plus written work product, which may include a plain-English summary, key risks flagged, recommended revisions, negotiation guidance, a marked-up document where appropriate, and practical next steps.

Not included

A Checked review is delivered to you only. It does not include contacting, negotiating with, or sending anything to the other side; litigation, arbitration, or serving as your counsel of record; or filing or executing documents on your behalf. Those require a separate engagement.
